Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since November 2021, Kelly has held various roles including Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront since December 2016 and previously with Graves Hospitality in dual HR leadership positions. Prior experience includes managing HR functions as Area Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services and holding managerial roles at Pillar Hotels & Resorts, where significant contributions were made to profitability and policy development. Kelly began a career at Target as Executive Team Leader, where training initiatives significantly improved guest satisfaction scores. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College.
