John C. Ferguson Sr.

John C. Ferguson Sr., MBA, possesses extensive experience in operations management within the chemical and petroleum industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC, since October 2018, John has held multiple roles focusing on operational excellence and engineering. Previously, at Texon, John excelled as Director of Operations by leading a team of 14 in managing various operational activities, achieving significant profitability and safety milestones. Earlier roles include Process Control General Foreman and Quality Engineer at Firestone Polymers LLC, where John supervised production and quality control, resulting in substantial cost reductions. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama and two MBAs—one in Business Administration and Management and another with an Accounting concentration from McNeese State University.
