Beatrice Pessani

Beatrice Pessani has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Beatrice started their career at L'Oréal in 2012 as a Marketing Intern and later worked as a Product Manager for L'Oréal Paris. In 2015, they joined Intercos SPA as a Project Manager for Kiko Makeup. Since 2019, they have been working at Intercos, first as a Business Development Director and currently as the Sales VP for Emea.

Beatrice Pessani completed their education at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2007 to 2009, earning a degree in Scienze Linguistiche e Letterature Straniere with a focus on Esperto Linguistico d'impresa. Beatrice then pursued a degree in Scienze linguistiche e letterature straniere with a specialization in Management Internazionale from 2010 to 2012 at the same university. In 2010, Beatrice also briefly studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, where they obtained an FPA in Creative advertising. Additionally, in 2007, they attended Michigan State University, focusing on Communication management and receiving an FPA in advertising, PR, and consumer behavior.
