Valerie Contreras

Valerie Contreras has a robust background in human resources, with significant experience spanning over 14 years in various roles within the cruise industry. Currently serving as a casual worker at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services since July 2025, Valerie previously held the positions of Fleet Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at Azamara Cruises from August 2022 to August 2025. Additionally, Valerie accumulated substantial expertise as a Human Resource Manager at Royal Caribbean Group from June 2008 until July 2022. Valerie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of West London, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2000.
