Elle Welch

Elle is a Senior Account Executive at Interdependence PR, with a decade of experience in integrated marketing and communications roles. As an SAE, she will lead and support public relations strategy and tactical execution for B2B, technology and consumer clients.

Before joining IDPR, she has worked in many industries, from cannabis to politics to arts to Powersports to real estate to tech. She recently helped elect the new mayor of Chattanooga, beating out 16 other candidates in the general election and coming out on top with 60% of the vote in the runoff. During her time in cannabis, she led the marketing and communications department for Mary’s Medicinals, the developer of the first transdermal cannabis patch, and its family of brands. While at the Denver Art Museum, she worked with internationally renowned fine artists and estates and brands such as Dior and Cartier, launching almost 20 exhibitions a year. Elle has secured and supported placements in outlets such as Forbes, the New York Times, Vogue, ArtNews, MG Retailer, Broccoli, and many more.

Elle thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys growing relationships and executing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. She is a highly empathetic and hard-working person, allowing her to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of what a client wants to achieve and act on it. She prides herself on meeting each task and challenge with her calm demeanor and optimistic outlook.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in Spanish from Auburn University.
