Erik Reinhard

Erik Reinhard is a distinguished scientist currently serving at InterDigital, Inc. since June 2019, with prior roles at Technicolor from July 2013 to June 2019, and the Max Planck Institute for Informatics as a senior researcher from March 2012 to June 2013. Academic experience includes a senior lecturer position at the University of Bristol from January 2006 to February 2012, and assistant professor roles at the University of Central Florida and University of Utah earlier in his career. Erik Reinhard also contributed to the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) as the founding editor-in-chief of ACM Transactions on Applied Perception from February 2003 to January 2009. Educational qualifications feature a Ph.D. in Computer Science from both the University of Bristol and Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Chartered Design Engineer degree and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
