Jean F. Rankin

Jean F. Rankin is currently the Director at InterDigital. Previously, they were the EVP, Secretary, and GC at LSI Corporation from January 2007 to December 2014. Jean was responsible for all legal, stock administration, governance, compliance and regulatory work for the $6B company as well as managing the intellectual property business. From January 2000 to December 2007, they were at Agere Systems Inc as the EVP, Secretary and GC. Jean was responsible for establishing high-quality, cost-effective legal and environmental functions as part of IPO. Jean developed and implemented governance policies, procedures and compliance programs and managed all legal work and intellectual property business.

Jean F. Rankin received their Juris Doctor from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where they graduated cum laude. Jean also holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Virginia, where they graduated with High Distinction.
