John A. Kritzmacher

John Kritzmacher is an experienced board member and executive with a strong background in finance, operations, and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for InterDigital, Inc. and Unisys, Kritzmacher chairs the Audit Committee at InterDigital and contributes to audit and finance efforts at Unisys. Previously, Kritzmacher held significant roles at QualTek, Wiley, WebMD, Duff & Phelps, Global Crossing, Alcatel-Lucent, and Lucent Technologies, with responsibilities ranging from financial oversight and business turnarounds to leading large operational divisions. Kritzmacher holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
