Samantha Breslin

Samantha Breslin is a seasoned government affairs professional who currently serves as the Senior Manager of Government Relations & Regulatory Affairs at InterDigital, Inc. Since 2023, they have also been a member of the GlobalWIN Advisory Council, representing InterDigital and promoting women in politics and innovation-driven fields. Previously, Samantha worked in various roles within the U.S. House of Representatives, contributing to legislative preparation and constituent engagement, and served as Finance Director for Lee Terry for Congress, where they set a fundraising record. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned in 2011.
