Vincent Yan

Vincent Yan is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at InterDigital, Inc. since May 2025, Vincent has previously held leadership roles at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. as VP of Total Rewards and HR Technology, and at Roivant as Head of Compensation and Data. Prior to these positions, Vincent demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and equity program management at Virtu Financial during significant mergers, and gained foundational HR and compensation experience at Credit Suisse, Citi, Merrill Lynch, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Siemens Healthineers. Vincent holds a BA in Communication from Rutgers University, earned in 2001.
