Mohammed Hisham

Mohammed Hisham has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Mohammed began their career as an R&D Engineer at Infosys LABS/Manipal Dot Net PVT ltd, where they worked on projects using proprietary MDN boards and Micro-Chip TCP/IP stack. During this time, they received a full scholarship and was recognized for their academic excellence.

Hisham then moved on to work as an Engineer Analyst at Citi, where they were responsible for critical migrations of AVAYA systems. Mohammed coordinated closely with teams in different locations and adhered to ITIL standards for complex implementations and deployments.

Following their time at Citi, Hisham joined INTEREL as a Systems Engineer. In this role, they executed IT infrastructure and software deployments for the company's GRMS Hospitality projects worldwide. Mohammed also traveled to different countries as a subject matter expert to deploy software integrations and troubleshoot technical issues. Additionally, they translated high-level client requirements into clear and concise requirements for the software development team.

Hisham then progressed to become a Senior Systems/Lead Engineer at INTEREL, where they managed a team of support engineers and an IT system administrator. Mohammed conducted client presentations, trained internal staff and partners, and conducted interviews for new candidates. Mohammed successfully migrated INTEREL's virtual machine to the Microsoft Azure platform and configured it to communicate with on-premise PLC devices.

In their most recent role at INTEREL, Hisham held the position of Senior Manager, IT Systems and Deployments. Mohammed led the company's global IT operations, overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud deployments (AWS), and advanced application support for leading hotel brands across different regions. Mohammed automated the deployment process and wrote tool chains using Python for QA stress and regression tests. Hisham also served as a point of contact for transitioning technical deliverables from technical delivery to R&D.

Mohammed Hisham has a Master's degree in Micro-electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from CADD Center. Mohammed'searly education took place at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, where they attended from LKG (kindergarten) to 12th standard from 1990 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammed Hisham has also obtained certifications in their field. Mohammed is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020. Mohammed also holds the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2020.
