Ivan Heras

Ivan Heras is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and selection, currently serving as a Delegado at Interempleo since June 2016, where responsibilities include commercial management with clients. Prior to this role, Ivan operated as a Freelance Consultant for Selection and Training from June 2012 to June 2016, focusing on various selection processes, profiling, headhunting, outplacement, and competency evaluation throughout Spain. Ivan's earlier experience includes positions at Randstad Professionals and Human Solutions, where expertise was developed in selection consultancy, particularly in banking and finance roles, beginning with a foundational position at Select ETT from 1996 to 2006. Ivan holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from the University of Valencia, earned between 1985 and 1990.
