Antonio Altamirano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Antonio is currently the Group Chair for the Forbes Technology Council, a role they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Tangelo, an innovation lab and startup studio in Silicon Valley. At Tangelo, they founded a pioneering startup studio with 100% underrepresented talent and created various successful products, including the 4th health app in the App Store and the first mobile site for a Silicon Valley corporation. Antonio also developed an empowerment app that was recognized as "App of the Day" by Apple twice.

Antonio Altamirano's other notable roles include being the Founder of Interesante, a position they have held since 2012, and the Co-founder and VP of Engineering & Product at Table8.com. At Table8.com, they scaled the team and received a patent for geolocation technology.

Antonio also has experience working at Accenture as the Global Lead for Search & Social Media, where they built the search & social media product/practice for the company worldwide. Antonio advised the Google Adwords team on targeting large brands and created the first scalable online lead-generation program targeting Fortune 2,000 companies.

In addition, Antonio Altamirano has worked as a Senior Account Manager at AKQA and as a Manager of APAC Product Marketing at Oracle. At Oracle, they managed marketing programs for Sun Microsystems, generated significant sales through digital campaigns, and produced one of the first technology podcasts with thousands of downloads.

Through their various roles, Antonio Altamirano has demonstrated their expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, marketing, and leadership.

Antonio Altamirano completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at San Francisco State University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador between 1996 and 1999.
