Ami Noble-Newton

Ami Noble-Newton has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development, recruitment, and management. Ami is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at InterEx Group, where they are responsible for redefining the relationship between staffing service providers and customers. Prior to this, Ami worked as the Director of Learning and Development at Revolent Group. Ami also held several positions at Frank Recruitment Group, including Global Head of Sales Development, Senior Global Manager, Global Learning and Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager for EMEA & APAC, Principal Trainer, and Senior Trainer. Before that, they worked at Blue Arrow as a Recruitment Manager for Events and Stadia and as the Earl's Court and Olympia Account Manager.

Ami Noble-Newton attended Northumbria University from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Media Culture and Society. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Grammar School Newcastle from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and in CIPD Level 5 L&D from CIPD, in the years 2021 and 2019 respectively.
