Sophia Dufaur

Sophia is originally from London, UK. She emigrated to Australia in 2011 to continue her career in recruitment and to later go to open InTerface Agency.

Sophia started the business because she wanted to build an agency that was formed on the right ethics of integrity, honesty and knowledge. Interface focusses on providing a high calibre service in a very non transactional way. It is not about KPI's and numbers on a board but adding true value to an individual or company.

Sophia values her reputation and will always give a 100% to any candidate or client she works with. She has excellent industry knowledge and an extensive network.

With over 10 years experience globally in the IT sector and she has recruited for many industries including but not limited to; Financial Services, Insurance, Consulting, Media, Broadcast Media, Retail, Gambling and Digital Agencies.

Her core specialism is technology across Development, Architecture, DevOps and QA.
