Rashmi Seetharam

Rashmi Seetharam has worked in the Human Resources field since 2009. Rashmi began their career at Tech Mahindra in 2009 as a SR. exec HR. In 2014, they moved to Vizury as HR -India & LATAM. Rashmi then joined DataWeave Software Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as Sr Manager - Human Resources. In 2018, they worked at Toppr as an HR Manager, where they focused on retention to save cost. In 2019, they joined CoStrategix as Talent Manager, where they were exposed to the latest tech stacks. In 2022, they moved to NAVANC as a Human Resources Consultant and then to Silvermine Group as Senior Manager Human Resources. Currently, they are working at interface.ai as a Human Resources Manager.

Rashmi Seetharam attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services.
