Amy Ouellette

Amy Ouellette has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Americas Sales at Interface since June 2018. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at nora systems from May 2017 to June 2018 and Human Resources Manager at MACOM (formerly Cobham Metelics) from September 2005 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for two facilities with over 130 employees. Additional experience includes work as a Recruiter and HR Operations Specialist at Adecco from 2001 to 2005 and as a Customer Service Representative at Anthem from June 2000 to May 2001. Amy Ouellette holds a BA in English Education from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1996 and 2000, and graduated from Sanborn Regional High School in 1995.
