Kevin Koterski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Workday Analyst at Interface since May 2022, Kevin specializes in Workday modules related to Recruitment, Time Tracking, and HCM, while leading efforts for the Talent Acquisition team. Previously, Kevin worked at Veritiv Corporation as an HR Information Systems Analyst and Talent Acquisition Partner, where notable contributions included the creation of a Comprehensive Recruiting Guide and leadership in the recruitment of Supply Chain and Logistics professionals. Kevin’s career began at Courier Express as a Senior Driver Coordinator, following a successful Operations Analyst stint that enhanced service levels across multiple operations. Additional experience includes roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car focused on logistics and relationships, and Discount Tire Company, where Kevin achieved significant sales milestones. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University.
