Adam Nicholas Phillips currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at Interfaith America, where the focus is on leveraging America’s religious diversity. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at USAID, including Acting Deputy Assistant Administrator and Executive Director of the Local, Faith and Transformative Partnerships Hub, contributing to the agency's development and humanitarian goals through innovative partnerships. Adam's previous experience includes leadership roles at Faith 2020, Christ Church: Portland, and several organizations focused on faith-based initiatives and social mobilization. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The Ohio State University and a Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary.
