Rashi Mahato is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various consultancy and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston since June 2023, Rashi has previously held positions as a Collaboration Partner and HR Consultant at Leading Culture Solutions, Staffing Consultant at Pascoe Workforce Solutions, and HR Assistant Director (Pro Bono) at Save the Water™, where significant contributions were made towards volunteer engagement.
