Marco Harteman is the Head of Knowledge Management at Interflon, where they ensure effective knowledge dissemination aligned with the company’s strategic goals. With over 25 years of international experience in industrial lubricants, tribology, and mechatronics, Marco has held various roles, including R&D Manager and International Technical Manager at Interflon, as well as Account Manager positions at Van Meeuwen Groep B.V. and Furmanite Netherlands. They have a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from NCOI University and have completed numerous certifications in lubrication and maintenance management. Currently, Marco also volunteers in neighborhood mediation at De Sociale Basis.
