Abigail Carstens, MBA

Abigail Carstens, MBA, has a range of experience in project management, data coordination, and customer care. Abigail currently holds the position of Project Manager at Interfolio, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pepperdine University as an Academic Data Coordinator from August 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they served as an app admin, leadership team member, and chaired action team committees. Abigail also played a crucial role in the adoption of the Navigate tool by training faculty, staff, and students. Before their time at Pepperdine University, Carstens worked at Fossil Group, Inc. starting in July 2016. Their roles there included Customer Care Coordinator and Customer Service Representative, where they focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and training.

Abigail Carstens, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Digital Innovation and Information Systems from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music & Business from Abilene Christian University from 2012 to 2016.

Additionally, Abigail has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Web APIs" certification from LinkedIn. In November 2020, they completed the "Learning Salesforce" certification, also from LinkedIn. Moreover, they have acquired a series of certifications from Interfolio including "Interfolio Certified Faculty Search Administrator" in June 2022, "Interfolio Certified Review, Promotion & Tenure Administrator" in May 2022, and "Interfolio Certified Faculty Activity Reporting Administrator" in April 2022.
