Catrina Fuentes

Catrina Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Catrina currently works at Interfolio as a Client Success Manager, where they serve as a success and partnership manager for clients utilizing Interfolio's Faculty Information System (FIS). In this role, they guide clients on maintaining and achieving faculty and administrator adoption/utilization in FIS, advocates for their product needs, and provides optimization recommendations for their product utilization. Prior to this, Catrina worked as a Client Success Advisor at Interfolio, providing technical assistance to users, triaging and escalating product bugs, and reviewing and recommending updates to virtual training resources and content. Catrina was responsible for coordinating program budgets and maintaining program records and documentation. Lastly, Catrina worked briefly as an Editor at Monterey Mystery Shopping, where they edited consumer mystery shopping reports and performed miscellaneous office duties.

Catrina Fuentes attended the University of California, Davis from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. In 2019, they enrolled in Thinkful and studied Software Engineering for one year, completing the program in 2020.
