Bart Dorresteijn, FRM, SCR, is the Global Derivatives Risk Manager at Interfood Group, where they apply their extensive experience in the commodity trading industry to manage risk effectively. Dorresteijn has held various positions in market risk management, including roles at Nidera and COFCO International, and has developed a strong skill set in Commodity Risk Management, FX Options, and Operational Risk. They earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht.
