Elaine Lau

Elaine Lau is an experienced IT Support Manager at Interfor since May 2018, overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams while ensuring efficient issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. Elaine has held various roles in IT application support, providing assistance on applications such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and APTTUS, as well as improving processes and documentation. Prior to Interfor, Elaine operated a private music studio as a piano instructor for 20 years and served in multiple roles at Broadridge where client management and software implementation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes directing client services at DLD Financial Group Ltd., coordinating client events, and developing marketing plans as a marketing associate at Freedom 55 Financial.
