Jamie Griffin

Jamie Griffin, CPA, CGMA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. They started their career as a Staff Accountant at McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co., LLC in 2006. In 2007, they joined Tolleson Lumber Company as a Controller and played a key role in the company's acquisition.

In 2014, Jamie joined Interfor as a Division Controller, where they were responsible for accounting, financial analysis, cost management, and internal controls at multiple divisions. They also led month-end closing activities, prepared monthly IFRS financial statements, and collaborated with ADP on a tax credit project.

Throughout their tenure at Interfor, Jamie held various roles, including Regional Controller and Director, Business Analysis. In these positions, they provided high-level financial support to all regions of the company and played a significant role in developing and executing the company's long-term strategic vision.

Most recently, Jamie served as the General Manager of Operations Finance before being promoted to the Vice President of Operations Finance. They are currently in this role at Interfor. Overall, Jamie's experience showcases their expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.

Jamie Griffin, CPA, CGMA has a strong educational background in accounting. In 2002, they graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Jamie then went on to pursue a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University, which they completed in 2010. In 2023, they attended The Wharton School for an Executive Development Program. Additionally, Jamie has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
