Carsten Emil Feldtmann

Carsten Emil Feldtmann is a Business Consultant at Thy Erhvervsforum, having built a diverse career since starting in the military in 2007, focusing on leadership, education, and communication, as well as psychological aspects in these fields. Carsten holds a Master's degree in Process Management and Organizational Development, along with multiple diplomas in business pedagogy, psychology, and leadership. They have also worked as a consultant in personnel and leadership development at Skovskolen, an educational consultant at UCH Uddannelsescenter Holstebro, and a project leader at Thy-Mors HF & VUC.
