Gijs Zijderveld

Gijs Zijderveld is an accomplished technology and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading technology teams and managing information security initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Delivery at Intergamma since November 2020, Gijs oversees a diverse team that includes developers, business analysts, and an agile coach, while also managing the e-commerce technology stack involving AWS cloud services and related DevOps tools. Previously, Gijs held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Intergamma where key responsibilities included developing security strategies, enhancing technical hygiene, and establishing a company-wide security awareness framework. Gijs's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte Nederland, focusing on cyber risk management, and KZA, providing cybersecurity consulting and advice. Gijs holds a Master of Science in Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Informatics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by early education in Economics and Society at Heerenlanden College.
