Pieter Meijberg

Pieter Meijberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical safety and explosion protection certification. Currently serving as a Senior Certification Engineer at Intergas Verwarming B.V. since October 2023, Pieter has previously held roles at Kiwa Nederland as a Certification Engineer for Electrical Safety and an Approval Engineer for Explosion Safety, focusing on evaluating and testing electrical appliances and equipment for Atex/IECex certification. Prior to this, Pieter gained expertise at CSA Group and Kiwa Nederland, conducting evaluations in line with international standards such as (NEN-EN)-IEC 60079 and (NEN-EN)-IEC 60335. Earlier career experiences include roles at UL as an Associate Project Engineer and at Quercus Technical Services as an Inspection Engineer, along with a foundational position as an Electrical Technician at Koldijk Installatiebedrijf en ingenieursbureau.
