Simon Carlsson has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2020, they joined Intergiro as a Sales Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for contacting and qualifying incoming leads, guiding them to the product offering, and assisting them during onboarding. Simon also acted as a Sales Support Agent, providing clarity on Intergiro's product offerings, market- & currency availability, and onboarding process. Additionally, they held the role of Customer Relations Officer. From 2015 to 2020, Simon worked at Trustly as an Operations Analyst, Quality Assurance Coordinator Support, Payment Analyst, Junior Account Manager, and Technical Support. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Convergys as a Customer Support Agent. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Simon Carlsson attended Nordic Business Institute from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Qualified professional education in Corporate Storytelling in the field of Marketing. Prior to this, they attended Åkrahällskolan high school from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Degree in social studies (Samhällsprogrammet) in the field of Social studies and humanistics.
