Terje Pällo

Terje Pällo has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2000 and 2001, they worked as a bookkeeper and office work administrator at Murdoc Technology LLC, and in 1999 they were an assistant coach to the women’s tennis team at California State University, Fresno. In 2001, they became the Marketing and Sales Manager at AS NeoQi, where they were responsible for developing and selling innovative body care equipment and creating an international sales network. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager at AS DNB Pank, where they were involved in the building and analysis of corporate client operations. From 2012 to 2014, Terje served as the Marketing and Development Manager at FinanceEstonia, overseeing communication and marketing activities. In 2014, they joined Arista Executive Search as a Senior Consultant. In 2017, Terje held the position of Therapist at Puhas mõte OÜ, providing holistic regression therapy services. Terje is currently working at Interim Agentuur VVT as the Executive Search Partner and Personnel Search Division Manager, responsible for establishing and developing personnel search services.

Terje Pällo began their education in 1983 at Tallinn English College, where they completed their secondary education. Terje then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pre-school education at Tallinn University from 2007 to 2009. In 1995, Terje attended California State University, Fresno, and obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Entrepreneurship. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Tartu and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Economics, specializing in marketing. In 2013, Terje pursued further studies at The Holistic Institute and completed a Professional certificate (no 138380) in Therapist studies.
