As the CEO and Executive Chairman of EAM Management Corp since May 1994, Art has led a family-owned business specializing in real estate management with impressive capital efficiency. With a rich history of directorship, Art has provided governance as an Independent Director for organizations such as Kwong Kow Chinese School and the Edward M. Kennedy Institute, and has held significant roles in various companies, including leading turnaround efforts at Sunovia Energy Technologies and Emerson. Art holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, complemented by an Executive Masters Professional Director Certification from The American College of Corporate Directors.
