Tommy Barnes

Tommy Barnes has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Most recently, they are the President and Owner of Interior Climate Solutions since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager at HVAC Services Denton TX from 2019 to 2021. From 2006 to 2019, Tommy was the President of Nextech Central, LLC. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of CMS Mechanical Service Company from 2006 to 2018. Tommy also served as the President and Co-Owner of Aire Dynamics from 2000 to 2005. Tommy began their career as the Service Operations Manager at MIINC Mechanical in 1989, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Tommy later joined GroupMac (Encompass Services) in 1997, working in Service Operations until 2000.

Tommy Barnes attended Universal Technical Institute - Houston Campus from 1987 to 1988, focusing on HVAC & Refrigeration Sciences. Tommy did not earn a degree during this time.
