Johanna Bruce, MIRM has a strong and extensive work experience in sales and marketing within the residential industry. Johanna started their career in 1997 at Artery Homes as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they held the position for almost a decade before moving on to Interior Concepts, Inc. At Interior Concepts, Inc., they initially served as the Regional Sales and Marketing Director from 2006 to 2017 before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2021, they were promoted again to the role of Vice President in the Model Home Division. Currently, Johanna is the President of the Model Home Division at Interior Concepts, Inc. with their tenure starting in 2023.

Johanna Bruce, MIRM, attended Bruton High School from 1987 to 1990 and later enrolled in Christopher Newport University from 1990 to 1994. Johanna obtained the MIRM certification in 2004, although the institution and specific details regarding the certification are not provided.
