Grant Bissett

Grant Bissett has extensive experience in technical analysis and support within the healthcare sector. At Interior Health Authority since April 2012, Grant has served as a Senior Technical Analyst for Biomedical Systems and previously for Health Records, managing critical systems related to dictation, transcription, and health records. Prior to this, Grant held the position of Supervisor Deskside Support at ISM Canada from April 2011 to March 2012, leading a team through a successful transition and overseeing staff training, performance evaluation, and service level monitoring. Earlier experience includes working as a Deskside Technician at Interior Health Authority from June 2008 to April 2011.
