Lauren Hristoski

Lauren Hristoski is currently the Executive Director of HR People Systems at Interior Health Authority. Prior to this role, Lauren has held various positions within human resources management and project assistance. With over a decade of experience at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, Lauren has extensive experience in managing inventory, training and development, recruitment, conflict management, and leading staff. Lauren also has a background in server team leadership and providing exceptional dining experiences. Lauren has continued their education with a Project Management Certificate from Okanagan College and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Calgary.
