Joseph Randolph

Joseph Randolph is an accomplished finance and audit professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director in the Central Region Audit Division at the Interior Office of Inspector General since June 2014, Joseph has held multiple roles including Regional Audit Supervisor and Auditor. Prior experience includes serving as Controller and Interim CFO at Functional Pathways, and overseeing the accounting and finance function at The Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation as Financial Coordinator. Prior to these roles, Joseph worked at Deloitte as an Auditor in the Audit & Enterprise Risk Services unit, and began the career as an intern at Ent & Imler CPA Group. Joseph’s early experience also includes coordinating emergency services programs at Center Township Emergency Services. Joseph holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University, earned in 2007.
