Javier Cates

Javier Cates possesses extensive experience in the interior design and tile industry, having held various managerial and field roles over more than two decades. Currently serving as Area Manager and previously as Field Manager at Interior Specialists, Inc. since February 2013, Javier also gained valuable experience as Field Manager at Creative Design Interiors from June 2015 to October 2019. Additional roles include Operations Manager at Charmet Tile, Owner of Cates Tile and Stone, and Field Supervisor at Creative Touch Interiors. Javier began a career in the industry as a Tile Setter at Romancing The Stone, and as a Finisher and Apprentice at Techniques in Tile. Education was pursued at Sierra College.
