Kenneth Roberts

Kenneth Roberts is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and management across various industries, particularly in architecture, interior design, and hospitality. As the Principal at Interior Talent Inc. since September 2003, Kenneth specializes in recruitment and is recognized as a professional speaker and career coaching expert. Kenneth founded the Orlando Chili Cookoff in January 2009 and serves as President of Events for Change Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for local charities in Florida. Previously, Kenneth was a Partner at Firefly Hospitality Recruitment & Consulting from July 2017 to December 2022 and held management positions at Crunch Fitness and Outback Steakhouse in the 1990s. Kenneth holds a BS in Business and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
