Jennifer Rowley

Jennifer Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career as a Case Creation Team Leader at BCBSMA, where they were responsible for managing a team and implementing process improvements. Jennifer then served as a Behavioral Health Provider Relations Manager before moving on to Contract Associates. At Contract Associates, Jennifer held multiple roles including Director of People & Projects, where they handled human resources activities and managed technology services. Jennifer was also the Chief Operating Officer, where they earned the dealership a Best In Class title and implemented new policies and procedures. After Contract Associates, Jennifer joined KWF Consulting as the Director of Operations, where they oversaw administrative, operational, and human resources management for a nationwide team. Jennifer implemented various technologies to increase efficiency and provided staffing recommendations to support business changes. Jennifer is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Interiors by Brown.

Jennifer Rowley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UMass Boston in the years 1999 to 2002. Jennifer then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simmons University in the years 2005 to 2008.
