Andreas Eckert

Andreas Eckert has an extensive background in education and therapy, specializing in communication and participation for individuals with autism. Since August 2009, Andreas Eckert has served as a Professor for Communication and Participation at the Interkantonale Hochschule für Heilpädagogik Zürich. Prior to this role, Andreas Eckert worked at the Autismus Therapie Zentrum Köln from September 1994 to July 2009 as a therapist and consultant. Additionally, at the Universität zu Köln, Andreas Eckert held the position of Deputy Professor from March 2003 to March 2009 and was a research associate from November 1995 to July 2001. Educational qualifications include a Habilitation in Special Education and a Doctorate in Educational Sciences, both obtained from the University of Cologne.
