Leigh Tobenas

Leigh Tobenas has been working in the talent management field since 2021. In 2021, they joined Identify Solutions as a Talent Manager and Team Manager (Europe). Leigh is also the Principal Talent Partner for Identify Solutions, offering companies with limited internal resources the benefits of an in-house recruitment team without the full-time cost. In 2021, Leigh also became a Talent Partner for Interlay, Heroic Labs, CarbonCode Solutions Ltd, Findr, Rowe IT, HealthyHealth, and Novatiq, all via Identify Solutions. In 2022, Leigh began working as a Talent Manager for both Empower and Trust Power, also via Identify Solutions.

Leigh Tobenas attended Glamorgan University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Foundation degree in Police Studies.
