Alex Lakatos

Alex Lakatos has a diverse work experience, starting from the period between 2010 and 2013 at Softvision, where they worked as a Software Tester and later as a QA Automation Engineer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a JavaScript Performance Engineer at EBS Romania. In 2014, Alex joined Xoomworks as a Technical Lead for a brief period. In 2015, they worked as a Front End Developer at OVO Energy until 2016. From July to December 2016, they worked as a Senior JavaScript Developer at PayTouch. Following that, as a contractor, they worked as a JavaScript Developer from December 2016 until May 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Alex served as a JavaScript Developer Advocate at Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform. In 2020, they joined Fidel API as a Developer Relations Manager until 2021. Currently, Alex is the Technology Lead at Interledger Foundation and has been in this role since July 2021. As of February 2023, they have been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Interledger Foundation.

Alex Lakatos attended Babeș-Bolyai University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
