Jennifer Richards

Jennifer Richards, CVA has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jennifer has held various roles in multiple industries, primarily in marketing, customer service, volunteer services, and human resources. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Service & Volunteers at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement & Volunteer Services and the Manager of Human Resources & Volunteer Services at the same organization. Jennifer also worked as a Coordinator for Interlochen Presents and a Marketing Specialist at Interlochen Center for the Arts. In addition, they have experience in project coordination at March of Dimes, business management at Marigold Women in Business, and consulting in casino marketing at Publicom. Further, Jennifer has worked as a Marketing Specialist at Lakeland Regional Health System, a Marketing Manager at Boyd Gaming and Little River Casino Resort, and a Fund Development Officer at Hospice of Michigan. Jennifer started their career as a Marketing Specialist at Quality Stores, Inc. Jennifer Richards, CVA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, earned from 1989 to 1992. In 2013, they attended the Disney Institute to study Disney's Approach to Quality Service. Jennifer also obtained the Certified Volunteer Administrator certification from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration in 2015.
