Tetyana Utlova

Tetyana Utlova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tetyana started their career in 2007 as a Representative in Lviv at InterExpo Enterprise, where they provided customer support and contributed to economic development. In 2009, they joined Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe as an Assistant Chief Accountant. Later that year, they moved on to Private Enterprise SEPTIMA, where they worked as a Foreign Trade Manager. In 2010, Tetyana took on the role of Sales Manager and Accountant (co-owner) at Na-Ta Private Ltd, where they remained until January 2021.

In 2020, Tetyana worked as a Sourcer at an unspecified company until February 2021. Tetyana then joined InterLogic as an IT Sourcer from March 2021 to September 2021. In September 2021, they transitioned to the role of Junior Recruiter at InterLogic, where they handled full-cycle recruitment for middle and senior positions. Tetyana'sresponsibilities included job analysis, active sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and recommending top candidates to hiring managers. In December 2022, they were promoted to the position of Middle Recruiter at the same company.

Looking ahead, in 2023, Tetyana will start working as a Trainer at Lviv HR Solutions from May onwards.

Tetyana Utlova received their Master's degree in International Economics from Lviv Polytechnic National University, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Lviv Academic Gymnasium from 1997 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tetyana obtained certifications in HR and Recruitment for IT from Lviv HR Solutions in October 2019, as well as a certification in Front-End Web Development from SKILLUP (Ukraine) in December 2018.
