Shannon Duval

Shannon Duval has extensive experience in IT support and systems engineering, currently serving as an MSP Systems Engineer and previously holding multiple roles including MSP Onsite Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator, and Desktop Support Technician at Intermax Networks since September 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Help Desk Technician at Union Gospel Mission from January 2012 to December 2013. Shannon Duval earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University between 2012 and 2014.
