Roger A. Poitras, D.H.A.

Roger A. Poitras, D.H.A., currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of InterMed, P.A., a physician-owned medical group focused on patient-centered primary care with integrated specialty services, since July 2021. In addition, Roger holds the title of Adjunct Professor in the Master of Health Administration program at the University of New England since September 2021. Previous positions include Chief Strategy Officer and Medical Group President at Ascension from 2010 to 2018, Chief Operating Officer at MedCath from 2008 to 2010, and Senior Director of Clinical Services at Cape Cod Healthcare from 2006 to 2008. Roger's educational background includes a Doctorate in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, multiple Master's degrees in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and Health Services Management from Rollins College and Webster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Central Florida.
