Taylar Freeman

Taylar Freeman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Taylar began their career as a Food Service Worker at Oberweis Dairy in 2017, where they developed their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Taylar then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist for the Department of Residence Life at Loyola University Chicago from 2017 to 2019, where they provided information and ensured the safety of residents. In 2019, Taylar became a Personal Care Assistant for a Loyola student with muscular dystrophy, where they assisted with everyday tasks and learned the importance of trust and communication in personalized care. Taylar also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at McAuley Residence of Misericordia from 2019 to 2020, providing direct care to medically complex residents. Most recently, Taylar joined Intermed Ltd in 2022 as a Medical Assistant.

Taylar Freeman's education history showcases their academic pursuits and certifications in the medical field. Taylar obtained their Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant from Dominican University between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology, at Loyola University Chicago from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, in 2018, Taylar pursued a Certified Nursing Assistant program at the College of DuPage.

Before that, in January 2022, they attained the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Additionally, in June 2018, they obtained the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification, also from the American Heart Association. Finally, they obtained their Certified Nursing Assistant certification from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in September 2018.
