Theresa Falcon

Theresa Falcon, MHA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Director of Operations at InterMed, P.A. since 2020. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at MaineHealth, including Director and Manager of System Development from 2017 to 2020. Theresa's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager and Manager of Consulting at Strata Decision Technology from 2014 to 2017, Performance Manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from 2013 to 2014, and Administrative Resident at Johns Hopkins Medicine from 2012 to 2013. Earlier in Theresa's career, a position as Senior Consultant in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services was held at Deloitte from 2009 to 2011. Theresa earned a Master of Health Administration from The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Villanova University.
