Huu Truong has over 20 years of experience in data protection and backup systems management. Currently serving as a Backup Systems Administrator at Intermedia since August 2013, Huu designs, deploys, and manages data protection infrastructure, including configuring backup systems for AWS S3 to safeguard against ransomware. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Data Backup Engineer at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise from March 2003 to August 2013, where Huu built data protection infrastructure and configured backup policies for various operating systems and databases. Huu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Telecommunication Management from California State University - East Bay, completed in 2000.
